Forward invoices and bills to your CO2 Lab inbox, or connect Xero or NetSuite. Any format: a PDF, a spreadsheet, a photo of a bill. No templates to fill in first.

The analyst reads and classifies

It pulls out each line, works out what it is, and sorts it into the right scope and category. Messy, inconsistent supplier formats are the normal case, not the exception.

It matches a factor and calculates

Every line is matched to an emission factor (NGA, EEIO, or a custom one) and converted to CO₂e. Spend-based where that is all you have, activity-based where you have the physical data.

You review what needs you

Confident figures are filed. Only the uncertain ones are flagged, each with a plain-language reason. Nothing publishes until you say so.

Every number shows its working

You have tried ChatGPT on your own data and couldn’t trust the answer. Here, each figure traces back to its source document, the factor applied, and the reasoning behind the match.
