NetSuite already organises your account by subsidiary, facility and product, and CO2 Lab carries that structure onto every line of your footprint. Each figure keeps the subsidiary, facility and product it came from, so one group total reads three ways with no extra tagging. You move between those views on the same report, and every number traces back to the line NetSuite posted it on.
Sync your structure from NetSuite
When you connect, CO2 Lab reads whatever your NetSuite role can see, which is the subsidiaries an administrator selected when the role was built, along with their facilities and products. That role is the reporting boundary, so nothing outside it is imported and there is nothing to pick again inside CO2 Lab. Subsidiaries that close at different times can sync at an agreed cut-off and refresh later, and a refreshed period is reviewed again before it is approved.
Read by entity, facility or product
With the structure in, every line already carries its subsidiary, facility and product, so the group total opens up on its own. You can read a single entity by itself, follow it down to the facilities that drive its number, or roll the whole footprint up by product, and the same total holds however you cut it.
Open any facility to see what sits inside it, down to the GHG categories and vendors behind its number, and where a market is still missing data it should have.
